I've been reading this series at Ypulse about what the Millennials consider the "Serious Faux Pas." It's an interesting idea, which reminds me of what Mark Oestreicher says in "Youth Ministry 3.0," which is that they want to belong. In this case, they want their "heroes" to be like them, flawed and down-to-earth. It seems to resonate with what I have noted about this generation.
